Q:I love your paper collection and your photos of them. Pls continue to share it with us. I have a few questions: how do you organise them ie what is your system? How do you keep silver fish and mould at bay? Additionally, where did you get the lovely blue cubby where you store them?
Hi, thanks for your message. You must live somewhere where it is damp because I don’t have issues with mold or silverfish where I live… but an idea just came to mind… have you thought of saving those moisture control packets you find in shoe boxes? You can go to my website to see how I store my paper in my studio (www.cutpaperpaste.com). It is easier for me to show you than to explain. As for the cubby, I found it in an antique shop, but I think pottery barn has something similar that might appeal to you. Sorry if I wasn’t much help…
